Gallery Access Terms

These are the terms of access to the pages reserved for Subscribers to the Gallery. They are to be read with the Website Access Terms and Privacy Statement. Please read them all very carefully. 1. General

1.1. These terms are additional and complementary to the Website Access Terms and the Privacy Statement.

1.2. The Website Access Terms apply to these pages to the same extent as they apply to Public Pages.

1.3. We may add to, delete or modify at any time these or other terms mentioned in paragraph 1.1. with immediate effect.

2. Interpretation

2.1. Save where the context otherwise requires:

“ArtFlock.com” has the same meaning as in paragraph 2.1 of the Website Access Terms;

“the Gallery” has the same meaning as in paragraph 2.1 of the Website Access Terms;

“The Privacy Statement” is the statement of the data that we hold and the use that we make of them;

“Public Pages” has the same meaning as in paragraph 1.1 of the Website Access Terms;

“this Site” means the website located at www.artflock.com;

“Subscriber” has the same meaning as in paragraph 1.1 of the Website Access Terms;

“Subscribers ’ Pages” has the same meaning as in paragraph 1.1 of the Website Access Terms;

“We” and “us” refer to ArtFlock.com.

“the Website Access Terms” means the terms of access to the Site;

“Work” means a work of art or craftsmanship offered for sale in the Gallery;

“You” means a Subscriber.

2.2. These terms and any agreement into which they may be incorporated are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

3. Becoming a Subscriber

3.1. You may become a Subscriber by opening an account for one or more ArtFlock.com services (“Subscription”).

3.2. Upon your opening such an account, we shall issue you with a user name and password.

4. Login

4.1. You will be admitted to the Subscribers ’ Pages only upon entering such user name and password and clicking the “SUBMIT” button at the log in page

4.2. Each and every time you log in, you warrant to us that you have read and understood these terms, the terms referred to in paragraph 1.1 above and the terms of your account and promise to abide by them

5. Cancellation

We may bar your access to Subscribers ’ Pages without notice and with immediate effect in any of the following circumstances:

5.1. we cancel your Subscription;

5.2. you breach wilfully and persistently any of these or other terms mentioned in paragraph 1.1 above;

5.3 you indicate by your words or actions that you no longer wish to abide by such terms;

5.4 you do or say something that could expose us or any other user of the Site to civil or criminal liability;

6. Jurisdiction

You submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
