Artists Statement
These drawings depict the landscape by focusing on normally
inconsequential details, a rock, a twig, a bush, usually provided as a backdrop to a bigger narrative event. I mainly work with ink on paper. Some of my work is made using found or vintage materials, these may age as a natural part of the creative process.
