I received my initial artistic training when I was a teenager living in England. I have been producing artwork, mainly painting and drawing, for over 40 years.

I have attended art schools over several years and particularly enjoyed being a mature student at the ANU School of Arts. Most years I take a three-month study – usually Europe.

I have exhibited in local, regional and national exhibitions wherever I have lived. I don’t list past achievements – yesterday’s bread, always stale! For me, the artist is a ghost and should remain in the shadows.

I like trying new techniques - always learning, never quite satisied!
