Artists Statement
I am 50 yrs young work as a postman
in England married have two kids at school and my passion is landscape painting however i am experimenting with portraits and other medias I used to be into photography in a big way but found i really didnt have the time.I started drawing and painting about 2 years ago and got a buzz from it that i really didnt get with photography,but thats just me.

Hi, Trevor,
I would like to add to the comment the lady made to you on advice for selling your art. Check with your local art association. Most communities have them. They should have shows every six weeks. If you become a member for a very modest fee, you will get their newsletter to keep you informed of all the opportunities for showing your work. They usually charge only about 30% commission on works that sell. You could also take advantage of their summer arts festivals. Good luck!
