I just turned 60. I'm a widower and a retired Gemologist. I've always loved to travel. I've always admired the artworks I've seen along the way. I decided to start oil painting to enjoy it as a hobby and also to record the things Ive seen or will see and everyone see's these things differently. When you paint them not only do you record what you saw with your eye's but also how you felt and how the experience enhanced your life a little bit.
