paulc lives in Nottingham, England.
For 31 years, until June 2007, he worked as a computer systems programmer / graphic designer for a global company providing identification solutions to the apparel industry. Now that he is retired, he has more time to spend on creating artwork.
He is known for experimenting with textures and materials, sometimes using wood, metal, paper, card , plastic, polystyrene and ceramic along with acrylic and metallic paint. To apply the paint he has used pallet knife, sponge, aerosol and sometimes he will just pour it on straight from the jar. He's even been known to use paint brushes.
