Artists Statement
I have been interested in Art as long as I can remember. My goal is to express to you what I feel and see by putting it on a sketch pad. Art is not about its price but what you, as a potential buyer, feels when you look at my pastel sketches. For me, art in any form, is a chance for the artist to express themselves thru imagination, color and a connection between you and my artwork. I take commissions on just about all kinds of art but keep in mind, portraits will be B&W pencil sketches only. Thank you for the comment on my paintings. By looking at your paaintings, I would say you live close to a large body of water.

I live 5 minutes from Lake Michigan. I have spent many days painting the lake and surrounding area. Endless inspiration. Your 'Beachscape' paintings remind me of the sand dunes I like to paint. But my favorite is 'The Guardian'. It has a certain 'mysterious' quality to it.
