Q: What will ArtFlock.com.com cost me?

There is a small commission fee against each item sold as follows:

• 3.5% for items sold through your Website Publisher site
• 5% for items sold through ArtFlock.com.com
• 15% for items sold through MyDeco.com (an interiors site – you are able to opt our of this option)

Q: Can only professional artists sell their work on ArtFlock.com?

All artists are welcome to sell their work – as professionals, amateurs or anything in between! ArtFlock.com sells all original artworks or limited editions. Please note - we are not a print-on-demand service.

Q: I’m not very familiar with using the internet

Don’t worry! You don’t need any technical knowledge to use ArtFlock.com, Simply upload images of your art with our accessible interface. Come up with a quick description and we’ll do the rest.

Q: I don’t want to sell my work – I just want to display my portfolio.

We have a specific tool called Website Publisher that enables you to create your own website and do just that.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of items I can list?

We don’t have a limit, but we do have a fair use policy (please email us). There have not been any problems of this type previously, so rest assured there is probably more than enough room, no matter how large your portfolio.

Q: What else can I do on ArtFlock.com?

As well as displaying your work, you can also create a profile with information about yourself (as an artist). You can write a blog or, if you already have one, you can import that. You can also list real world locations that sell your work. We’ve also got a forum where you can chat with other artists and you can make friends and connections on the site as well as leaving comments for work or particular artists you like.

Q: What about Copyright?

Uploading your work to ArtFlock.com does not transfer the copyright – you will always own that (please see our terms). If you are worried about people copying your image, why not watermark it before you upload it with these free services.

Q: Will my financial details be held securely on your system?

We don’t hold any of your financial details – as the vendor you liaise directly with the buyer for payments. We don’t display any personal information (other than your name) unless you choose to share it.
