Description
A limited edition copy (on high quality paper) of an original monoprint based on 16th century etchings of cannibals; the figures are consuming specific 'old deities' that have been absorbed into subsequent belief systems. This image (and the rest of the series) acts as a visual metaphor for the fragmentation, loss, and absorbtion of beliefs and previously important information into more modern systems. But they are also particulary interesting due to the hand-made approach to their creation. Limited edition of fifty.
