A Fruitcake baked into the likeness of the Aztec God of the Harvest, who required human sacrifice, with icing for skin. No longer beleived in. The cake head was then sliced up and consumed by members of the general public to represent, in a cannibalistic form, the absorbtion of Xipe Totec's characteristics into subsequent religious and popular dogma.
